These terms cover your use of the Chopstick and Rice website, our online pickup ordering and our AI helper. By using them you agree to these terms. Chopstick and Rice is a restaurant at 333 Keahole Street Suite 2E10, Honolulu, HI 96825, phone (808) 460-9898.

Online pickup orders

• Orders are for pickup at the restaurant only. We do not deliver orders placed on this website.
• Online orders are taken from 5:00 AM to 8:10 PM Hawaii time. Pickup times run from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM. The kitchen starts cooking about 20 minutes before your pickup time.
• Prices are those shown when you check out. Your total adds an online ordering fee of 10% of the food, Hawaii general excise tax, and a 3% credit card surcharge. The total is shown before you pay.
• We accept credit cards only for online orders. Debit and prepaid cards are not accepted online, though debit is welcome in the restaurant. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Your order is placed once your payment goes through and you see the confirmation. A dish can be sold out; if it is, we will tell you before you pay.
• Once an order is placed it cannot be changed on the website. Call us as soon as you can at (808) 460-9898 and we will do what we can.
• If something is wrong with your order, tell us at pickup or call us and we will make it right.

Our AI helper

The chat on this site is an automated AI helper. It can answer questions about dishes and help you build an order. It can make mistakes.

• Food allergies. Do not rely on the AI helper, the website or the menu descriptions to decide whether a dish is safe for you. Our kitchen uses peanuts, fish, shellfish, soy, wheat, eggs and milk, and traces can reach any dish. Tell us about any allergy when you order, and confirm it with the restaurant at pickup.
• The helper only adds a dish to your cart when you ask for it, and it never takes card details. You pay in the order form, and you see your total before you pay.
• Please do not type passwords, card numbers or other sensitive information into the chat.
• The AI helper does not make promises on behalf of the restaurant about prices, refunds, or ingredients. The menu and checkout totals on the website are what count.

Messages and accounts

We may answer messages sent to us through our website or through listings such as Google, with automated assistants as well as staff. You sign in to see your order history with a link we email to you. We do not use passwords. Keep that email private, because anyone with the link can sign in as you.

Using the site

Please use the website for ordering food and learning about the restaurant. Do not try to interfere with it, overload it, test stolen cards on it, or copy the site's content for another business. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks these terms.

Menu, photos and availability

Menu items, prices and descriptions can change, and photos may show similar dishes. Hours can change on holidays. The website is provided as is, without a promise that it will always be available or error-free.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any problem with an order or the website is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
